Which major metropolitan area has the worst deer/animal problem?

Which major metropolitan area has the biggest problem with deer or other pesky animals?

We all know that suburbia encroaches on wildlife, but the suburbs actually make life easier for animals such as deer, bears, raccoons, rabbits, etc. where there are still wooded areas and thickets for them to live. Because they no longer have any natural predators to control their population, the only way these animals die unnaturally is by car, and thus overpopulate certain areas. In the suburbs, they have a greater multitude of foods (gardens) to eat and trees to destroy. Where in the country are the biggest problems?>
