There are a few cities in the Sunbelt (particularly the South) that seem to have more Rustbelt-like qualities (slow-to-moderate growth, industrial economy [past or present], etc.) and there are cities in the Rustbelt (Midwest, North) that seem to enjoy the economic and population growth that many Sunbelt cities now enjoy.
